What is Zepth?
Zepth is an AI-native construction management platform built around a common data environment. Three products — Zepth Core (design and construction), Zepth Vector (procurement) and Zepth Edge (assets and financial management) — run the whole building lifecycle on one data foundation, with AI built into every module that reviews, drafts and flags, and human sign-off on anything consequential.
Is Zepth a Common Data Environment (CDE)?
Yes. Zepth provides a controlled common data environment: one current version of every document, controlled distribution with acknowledgments, full revision history and audit trails. Unlike a standalone CDE, the same environment also runs cost control, procurement and asset management — so the document record and the commercial record are one system.
How is Zepth different from traditional construction software?
Traditional software stores your work; Zepth does the work. Its AI reviews submittals and RFIs against your drawings and specifications, drafts responses with citations, compares bids line by line, matches invoices to deliveries and flags risks early — with a confidence score on every finding, and your team signing off on anything consequential.

What is Zepth Core?
Zepth Core is the construction delivery product: document management (register, transmittals, submittals, RFIs, correspondence), quality and safety (inspections, NCRs, snagging, HSE), site operations (daily reports, attendance, photos, visual capture), project controls (cost and schedule control) and risk — with AI built into each module to review, draft and flag.
Can Zepth Core manage drawings and revisions?
Yes. The document register enforces numbering rules, revision control and status codes; superseded revisions are archived with full history and holders are notified. Drawings and BIM models are viewable in the browser without desktop software, and every revision’s distribution is on the record — who received what, when, with acknowledgments.
Does Zepth Core reduce email dependency?
Substantially. RFIs, submittals, transmittals and approvals run as tracked workflows with deadlines and ball-in-court status instead of email threads. Project correspondence lives in a project record with registers — so the history survives staff changes, and nothing consequential sits buried in a personal inbox.
Can consultants and contractors work together in Zepth?
Yes — that is the normal setup. Can we migrate existing project data?

Does Zepth maintain project history?
Completely. Every record carries its full history — revisions, approvals, status changes, correspondence — timestamped and attributed. That contemporaneous record is what wins disputes, satisfies audits, and survives the liability periods that outlast everyone’s memory.
Can Zepth help with EOT claims and delay documentation?
Yes — this is a core strength. Contemporaneous records (daily reports, instructions, correspondence, programme submissions) are captured as a by-product of working, and Zepth’s AI assembles claim chronologies from them: the diary entries, weather records, instructions and notices relevant to a delay event, organized for your commercial team to build the claim.
Does Zepth support FIDIC contract workflows?

Does Vector replace ERP systems?
No — Zepth Vector complements your ERP, handling construction-specific procurement and commercial workflows and connecting to finance systems via APIs rather than replacing them.
Can BOQs be managed in Vector?
Yes. Hierarchical bills of quantities underpin tendering — vendors price against your line items online, comparisons generate from their own entries, and awards convert to purchase orders without re-keying. The BOQ discipline eliminates the transcription errors that email tendering produces.
Can vendors submit bids digitally?
Yes, through the vendor portal: suppliers register themselves, maintain their documents, see enquiries, ask questions answered by broadcast to all bidders, and submit priced BOQs online — sealed until the deadline. Every step is timestamped, producing the fairness record email tendering cannot.
Does Vector track budget vs actual cost?
Yes — and the more important number in between: committed cost. Budget, committed (approved POs and contracts), actual (certified invoices) and variance are live at line-item level. What is three-way matching in Zepth?
Every invoice is reconciled against its purchase order and its delivery records before payment — quantities against cumulative accepted receipts, rates against PO rates, with tolerance bands and retention handled natively. What is Zepth Edge?
Zepth Edge is the asset and financial management product for the operating phase: asset registers with full lifecycle tracking, maintenance and work orders, statutory inspections with corrective actions, CapEx governance, budgets and transfers, and performance reporting — including deep hospitality analytics. The construction record flows into it at handover.
Is Zepth Edge only for hotels?
No — Edge manages any operating asset: commercial, residential, hospitality or mixed portfolios. It does carry particular hospitality depth — hotel KPIs, USALI-aligned reporting, CapEx and FF&E-reserve governance — because hotel owners are among the most demanding asset managers, and that rigor benefits every asset class.
Can Edge be used after project completion?
Yes — Zepth Edge takes the project into operations, so governance and asset intelligence continue from handover through the operating life of the asset.
Does Edge manage maintenance workflows?
Yes — work orders from request through triage, planning, execution with cost capture, and closure with failure codes; preventive maintenance on calendar or meter triggers; and backlog and PM-compliance dashboards. Repair histories feed replace-versus-repair decisions and CapEx business cases.
Can Edge store asset history?

How Zepth is licensed, and why there are no list prices.
How is Zepth licensed?
By the modules you use — never per user, and never on the value of construction running through the platform. Each engagement is quoted on scope: configuration, any migration and integrations, training, go-live and hypercare. Storage is included; AI is metered by usage you can see and control.
Is pricing per user or per project?
Neither per user — adding people never costs anything. Never on construction volume. Zepth does not charge on the value of construction running through the platform, so your cost does not rise because your pipeline did. Engagements are typically scoped per project, and enterprise agreements are scoped portfolio-wide across your programs.
Do you offer annual subscriptions?
Yes — annual platform subscriptions per project, and portfolio-wide enterprise agreements for owners and contractors running multiple projects.
Can we license a single project?
Yes. Single-project engagements are the most common starting point: scoped to that project’s modules and complexity, with everything the project’s stakeholders need — because collaborators are never charged per seat.

Are onboarding services included?
Onboarding is scoped into every engagement — configuration, training and go-live support sized to your project rather than sold as an afterthought. What is included is explicit in your quote, so there is no surprise services invoice later.
Is training and support included?
Working-hours support, 9×5 in your local time, is included in the platform subscription — alongside hands-on implementation and training on your real project data. Training is by role: site teams learn the field workflows, commercial teams learn procurement and cost, consultants learn the review workflows — so teams are productive from day one rather than after a year-long rollout.
Can licenses scale during projects?
Yes. Switch on additional modules as needs grow — adding the second product is a configuration, not an integration project, because everything runs on the same record. And people never cost anything to add.

How long does implementation take?
It depends on scope: a new-project (greenfield) rollout typically goes live in about 6–10 weeks, while a larger enterprise rollout with legacy data and integrations runs longer.
Do we need internal IT teams?
No. Zepth is cloud-based with nothing to install or maintain; configuration, migration and integration are delivered as part of your engagement. Your IT team’s involvement is typically limited to access provisioning and any integration endpoints on your side.
Can Zepth run alongside existing systems?
