What is Zepth?
Zepth is an AI-native construction management platform built around a common data environment. Three products — Zepth Core (design and construction), Zepth Vector (procurement) and Zepth Edge (assets and financial management) — run the whole building lifecycle on one data foundation, with AI built into every module that reviews, drafts and flags, and human sign-off on anything consequential.
Is Zepth a Common Data Environment (CDE)?
Yes. Zepth provides a controlled common data environment: one current version of every document, controlled distribution with acknowledgments, full revision history and audit trails. Unlike a standalone CDE, the same environment also runs cost control, procurement and asset management — so the document record and the commercial record are one system.
How is Zepth different from traditional construction software?
Traditional software stores your work; Zepth does the work. Zepth Core is the construction delivery product: document management (register, transmittals, submittals, RFIs, correspondence), quality and safety (inspections, NCRs, snagging, HSE), site operations (daily reports, attendance, photos, visual capture), project controls (cost and schedule control) and risk — with AI built into each module to review, draft and flag.
Can Zepth Core manage drawings and revisions?
Yes. The document register enforces numbering rules, revision control and status codes; superseded revisions are archived with full history and holders are notified. Drawings and BIM models are viewable in the browser without desktop software, and every revision’s distribution is on the record — who received what, when, with acknowledgments.
Does Zepth Core reduce email dependency?

Can Zepth help with EOT claims and delay documentation?

Does Zepth support FIDIC contract workflows?

Does Vector replace ERP systems?

Can BOQs be managed in Vector?

Can vendors submit bids digitally?

What is Zepth Edge?
Zepth Edge is the asset and financial management product for the operating phase: asset registers with full lifecycle tracking, maintenance and work orders, statutory inspections with corrective actions, CapEx governance, budgets and transfers, and performance reporting — including deep hospitality analytics. The construction record flows into it at handover.
Is Zepth Edge only for hotels?
No — Edge manages any operating asset: commercial, residential, hospitality or mixed portfolios. It does carry particular hospitality depth — hotel KPIs, USALI-aligned reporting, CapEx and FF&E-reserve governance — because hotel owners are among the most demanding asset managers, and that rigor benefits every asset class.
Can Edge be used after project completion?
Yes — Zepth Edge takes the project into operations, so governance and asset intelligence continue from handover through the operating life of the asset.
Can owners and operators share the same platform?

How is Zepth licensed?
By the modules you use — never per user, and never on the value of construction running through the platform. Each engagement is quoted on scope: configuration, any migration and integrations, training, go-live and hypercare. Storage is included; AI is metered by usage you can see and control.
Is pricing per user or per project?
Neither per user — adding people never costs anything. Never on construction volume. Zepth does not charge on the value of construction running through the platform, so your cost does not rise because your pipeline did. Engagements are typically scoped per project, and enterprise agreements are scoped portfolio-wide across your programs.
Do you offer annual subscriptions?

Can we license a single project?

Are onboarding services included?

Is training and support included?
Working-hours support, 9×5 in your local time, is included in the platform subscription — alongside hands-on implementation and training on your real project data. Training is by role: site teams learn the field workflows, commercial teams learn procurement and cost, consultants learn the review workflows — so teams are productive from day one rather than after a year-long rollout.
Can licenses scale during projects?

How long does implementation take?
It depends on scope: a new-project (greenfield) rollout typically goes live in about 6–10 weeks, while a larger enterprise rollout with legacy data and integrations runs longer.
Do we need internal IT teams?
